"Step Aside" Scramble with Tee off restrictions.  Everyone tees off on every hole, if player A's ball is selected then they can't hit the second shot, Players B, C & D play.  Assuming Player B's ball is selected then then they can't play the 3rd shot.  Player A, C & D will hit the second shot.  This continues until the ball is on the green.  All four players are allowed to putt no matter who hit the approach shot.

The team must use at least 2 tee shots from each player, with a maximum of 4 per player.
